Shipping Information
As you complete your purchase your freight charge will be calculated.
However Pool Service Products reserves the right to adjust the shipping charges
that are automatically calculated as needed.
The shipping rate is calculated based on ground service.
If you are located in the contiguous 48 states of the USA the rate quoted at check out is correct.
However orders to be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Canada and other countries
are likely to see an adjustment to the freight costs.
The way an adjustment will be accomplished is:
You will receive an email from toolsforpools.com requesting you send additional funds to our email address.
This will be done through PayPal and will reference your order. We will explain the reason, and give exact information.
If you choose you may cancel the order with a full refund through PayPal. If we do not here from you within 10 days
of the request we will cancel the order and refund you money through PayPal.
